Great friendly service… and speedy too!

This is my 2nd time visiting Honest-1, both for my car inspection. They are good and quick. They did not charge extra and were very friendly. Cleared all my doubts. I will definitely continue to visit the place for my car needs.

Amazing place very friendly stuff members always everybody really helpful . I was so happy with my car service done with this place. They really amazing faster and they do really great job.

My car developed a weird shutter over night, so I brought it in to this shop just over a week ago to get checked out. They scanned it and said it needed a complete engine replacement. They charged $156 for this scan and ran no other test. I was devastated, a new car (or engine) is not an option right now. I took it back to my hometown mechanic and he actually opened it up to look. He can fix it, no engine replacement necessary. The long entire repair will be $502. So Honest 1 is not honest or not competent.

I drive over 10 miles to take my car and my daughters car to honest 1 in Ashburn. The place is really nice clean people are friendly they deliver excellent customer service and I do trust them with my cars.

I have used Honest-1 for oil changes, state inspections, and to replace my headlights. They have been great to work with and I would highly recommend them.
