Work was done and the problem fixed which is why the 2 stars instead of 1. I won’t return again though because I had several communication issues. 1st was I had called in advance to make sure my truck could be seen that day, I arrived shortly after and waited in the shopping center for about 4 hours. When I returned I was told they hadn’t started yet and it would likely not get looked at until the following day so I ended up walking 2 miles home. They called the next day and we agreed on the work to be performed. On Monday I was called saying my brake flush was done and was given a price except I NEVER ASKED for a brake flush so I was pretty annoyed. They were asking me what the status was on my truck and the pricing because they could not get ahold of their tech (that was 2nd thing). 3rd was when I picked up the truck after having them not proceed any further, I found out the brake flush was for a different car after all (no one called me to explain the mistake) and there was also a diagnostic fee I wasn’t told about to troubleshoot the problem. The price was on the higher end so combined with the poor experience in communication- it’s not worth returning.

I always walked out with more issues on my car. Lights that would have never come on would start lighting up like a tree. There were loose screws & it felt like my car was falling apart while I was taking my car there. Changed auto shops and that stopped happening COMPLETELY. If you don’t know much about cars, they WILL take advantage of that. The stars are really for the nice lady in the front who small talked with me & I enjoyed that a lot.

Honda quoted us $2100 to replace a slightly loose inner tie rod, these folks fixed it and realigned it for $600. Honda had us waiting four hours to complete an inspection, these folks replaced an inner tie rod and outer tie rod, gave us a fog light bulb, reassessed and passed our inspection, all in two hours of labor. We don’t think Honda will be hearing from us again.
