I set an appointment for an Oil Change that was supposed to take only 45 minutes on Friday per the receptionist. Went on Saturday morning at schedule time and ended up sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours. What's the POINT of setting an apPOINTment and being told something will not take very long and it ends up wasting most of your day? POINTLESS!

Great service and really appreciate that they didn’t nickel and dime for some basic diagnostics that I’m sure other places would have charged for.
