Honest 1 has been consistently wonderful to me as my car dealt with a variety of issues. They have been transparent about what my car needs, pricing, and timeframes when it would get done. I have been so pleased with their kindness, hard work, and continued fantastic service. In the time it took Honest 1 to inspect my car, correct an issue, and have my car ready by the end of the day, I would have still been waiting in line to be inspected anywhere else. They are amazing!

This was my first time using Honest1 and I am completely pleased. I called ahead to ask if they could help me. I was provided a time estimate for walk-ins. Brought my car in, they repaired my tire and called me to pick up in under 3 hours. Ill be returning for future maintenance

I tried this place about 2 years ago on a whim because I didnt feel like going to the dealership. I was thoroughly impress by the friendliness of the staff that I encountered. I have been patronizing this establishment since then. The wait time isnt terrible. There are establishments nearby where you can walk to have coffee or get a bite to eat. Their waiting area is great too. Its always nice and clean.
