During the initial diagnosis of my car's coolant leak, the shop identified and replaced a small leak from the radiator. Unfortunately, they missed a much larger leak coming from the water pump. When the issue persisted, I brought the vehicle back, and the team stepped up impressively. They took responsibility, provided me with a loaner car while they repaired it, replaced the water pump, and waived the labor charges for the repair. A full water pump replacement (parts and labor) typically runs $700$900 for my vehicle, yet I only paid $191.41 out of pocket. I'm genuinely impressed by how well they handled the situation and made things right for me. Providing a loaner car, owning their mistake, and prioritizing customer care made all the difference. Everyone makes errors from time to time, but the shops that admit them, take accountability, and go above and beyond to fix things are the ones worth returning to and they've definitely earned my loyalty as a long-term customer. Very professional and helpful team

The people have always been friendly and professional. The waiting area is clean and welcoming. There is a Starbucks next door where you can go to wait as well. I like taking my vehicles to Hones-1 Auto Care for service.
