Once again, HAC provided excellent service! Their work is flawless and they have the best prices in town. It’s stressful when your car needs work but the friendly, reliable staff at HAC always makes it better.

I notice low tire pressure on leaving hotel and checked the tire and determined it had a overnight loss of several pounds pressure. Checked local area and found Ashburn Auto repair. On arrival I was greeted courteously and scheduled for about 40 min. The tire was plugged and we were on our way within about an hour. The shop was clean, efficient and capable. Excellent service!

Came in for a safety inspection. I called about 10 minutes prior to inquire about the wait time and was told about an hour if I came in now, which I did. When I got there I was told the wait would be about 2-3 hours, but I informed them that I just spoke with someone who told me an hour. No worries though, they were able to do it about an hour they said. Special thank you to the gentleman who went ahead and did my inspection on the time frame stated! I believe he was just about to go on his lunch after completing someone else’s inspection, but stayed to do mine as well. I didn’t have any issues during my visit and my experience will have me return for my future vehicle needs. Thanks!
