Honest Auto Guys are customer centric, Workshop and waiting areas are very clean. It appears to me that the name Honest Auto was rightly chosen for this place. High end hourly charges but worth paying.

Honest-1 is the place to go! The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I have taken my car there several times and most recently needed an oil change and inspection. They fit me in last minute and the young man, Lee, noticed a nail in my tire and patched it! They really showed that they cared!

Once again, HAC provided excellent service! Their work is flawless and they have the best prices in town. It’s stressful when your car needs work but the friendly, reliable staff at HAC always makes it better.

I notice low tire pressure on leaving hotel and checked the tire and determined it had a overnight loss of several pounds pressure. Checked local area and found Ashburn Auto repair. On arrival I was greeted courteously and scheduled for about 40 min. The tire was plugged and we were on our way within about an hour. The shop was clean, efficient and capable. Excellent service!

They did everything in a timely manner since I had my grandchild with me. They were very nice
