Everyone is super nice there and they work as fast as they can! I’ve been here multiple times and have never had a problem with their customer service or their work.
Outstanding service as usual. Took me in that morning and had the tire repaired in about an hour.
Everything was great, nice people work done is sufficient but the car was left smelling like a bunch of oil is in the car, we found oil stains on our head rest and also on the center arm rest. I would suggest doing a better job with keeping the interior clean and using protection for the seats so that mechanic oil stains don’t get in the car
The folks at Honest-1 came to the rescue, first by swapping out my flat tire with the spare, then by fixing my flat and remounting all in 1 hour to make the closing of my home sale on time all for a very menial and extremely fair price. These folk are 7 star worthy hands down. Clutch performers in an emergency. I only wish other auto repair shops operated at a level even close to Honest-1!!!
I live near the Honest Auto shop and have used their service several occasions since they opened. Every time the same: fast, honest, no pressure sales, competent technicians at a fair price. Hard to find these days.
