you lost a star for being rude to me, You lost a star for being confused while doing your job and mocking me for it, you lost a star for wasting my time and you lost a star for calling the cops on a customer who brought business for you!!! i couldn't give less stars since you still haven't solved the confusion within your business. very disappointed.

$20 emissions, walk in and was done in an hour!

I have gone to this business more times than I can count. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Rebecca this morning. She is the most unprofessional and rudest person I have ever encountered on the phone. She had zero level of professionalism and talked to me as if she was talking to some little kid who had done something bad. I asked to talk to someone else who was immediately much better than her. Rebecca made me stop from coming in today and I would not be surprised if she keeps away other clients away based on her nasty, nasty nasty attitude. This auto shop should do themselves a favor and get rid of her immediately!! The poor guy on the phone said it’s like walking on eggshells with her. Someone fire her!!!!! Seriously management!!! What are you doing having such a nasty and hostile woman on the phone. Didn’t even care to try to understand what my problem was. Zero intention of helping!
