Work is thorough and the employees are honest and knowledgeable. A dealer screwed up on a repair and I came here for an inspection and they caught it. They could’ve easily ran up the bill with unnecessary parts, but they replaced the parts which were an issue, making sure they followed the manufacturer’s procedures. That type of honestly and integrity are hard to come by these days.

I went to have my driver side front tire balanced. The technician had me come out on the shop floor to inform me my wheel was bent. Je advised that the wheel balance would not be effective without repairing the wheel.

They are really honest, they delver Excellent customer service. The franchisee is very nice person and very helpful. The young lady at the desk Rebecca she always delivers great customer service.

Went in for a state inspection and was told I failed. Did not explain why I failed except for some technical language I couldn’t understand. More importantly, I took it to another place and the price was 300 dollars less than what this place quoted me. This place is terrible.

Took my car for an inspection and they failed me for “play” in my steering even though both inner and outer tie rods are new. The alignment was just done last week so it’s perfect. The steering rack is reliable and not leaking any fluids. The front desk lady said the technician couldn’t determine the cause of the “play” but she suggest a $100 diagnostic test for it. They’re just trying to get more money if they notice your car isn’t brand new
