Dropped off a tire to fix a slow leak. Matt was polite and explained what they would do and let me know. They called within an hour and said it was ready for pick up. When I went in to get the tire the gentleman behind the counter explained what was wrong. He said they would mount it but I told them I had it. I will consider them for the next repair if and when I need it.

You guys are consistently easy to work with. I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere there.

Made appointment online for safety inspection. Arrived a bit early and car was taken back immediately. Inspection completed and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Staff very courteous. Thanks!!

A visit to Honest One is always a pleasant experience! The work is well-done and they never try to convince me to get a bunch of unnecessary work done. I am always impressed with their honesty and love that they will occasionally give me feedback for work to look in to having done in the future. I find their approach to be much better than taking my car to anyone that insists I need hundreds of dollars of work done that day for concerns I didn't have when coming in to the shop. I continue to bring my car to Honest One as a result of their approach and their friendly and knowledgeable staff.
