They were very kind on the phone and in person when I realized both my headlights were out. I had to go in with my two toddlers and they were honest with how long it could take. Fortunately it was only a light replacement, so the work was done quickly. Very happy with their service.

I used to take my Prius to dealership for regular maintenance. I wanted to try the Honest-1 as it is very close and am glad I did. I like everything about this repair shop except appointments. I had to drop off overnight for the service. I need to plan future services in advance.
