This place is all about customer service. They give you one quote and stick to it; they are not like other shops or dealers where they first give you a low price and then surprise you when you want to get the actual repair done. Honest1 also beats prices from other shops and apply discounts without even asking. I have had many great experiences here and this is the only place I will be taking my vehicles for repairs. I take my GMC to GMC of Leesburg; they do a decent job but could do better in terms of customer service and pricing. I also take my Honda to AutoNation Honda Dulles and have had the worst experience in terms of pricing and little things that they can just take care of without you even asking. For a small job like resetting a sensor for an airbag light, they were going to charge $75 but my son got it done somewhere else for free. I spent so much money with both GMC and Honda to maintain my cars so I expect a high level of customer sat. Thanks to Honet1 to be honest and providing the best service in our area!!

They have redone my brakes, my transmission and now the electrical and ac. I trust them to be fair with the price and the work they do is with no complications.
